Jaguar is headquartered at Noida in the National Capital Region, with Zonal offices located at Gurugram, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Hyderabad. With security operations spread across India, we provide cutting edge and innovative security solutions to our esteemed clients.

In keeping with our motto ‘A Step Ahead’, we have established strategic partnerships with SecEng Consulting Services of Israel for security consulting & elevated levels of training and with MSA of USA for Explosive Detection & Canine services. This has enabled us to bring in global best practices and expertise in the field of security to India, which when combined with our local capability and skillsets, helps us to offer formidable and unmatched security solutions to our clients.

History

Jaguar Security Services Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1990 by late Brig. TS Sirohi. After an illustrious career with the Indian Army, Brig. Sirohi decided to use his vast experience in the defence forces, to provide the much needed elevated levels of security services to the corporate sector. From humble beginnings, the Company has emerged as a market leader in the private security industry, due to the visionary approach of its founder.

Lt Col Arvind Sirohi (Retd)
Managing Director

Arvind is the MD of Jaguar. He has had an outstanding career in the Indian Army, which included extensive service in counterinsurgency areas, Special Forces (NSG) and sensitive assignments with the United Nations in Africa and the Government of India/Ministry of Defense and Home.

Manoj Varma
Chief Executive Officer

Manoj is a former Black Cat Commando, having served the Indian Army with distinction for 10 years. A winner of the prestigious Sword of Honor and Presidents Gold Medal, he went on to have an illustrious career with various MNCs, handling corporate security and allied services.

Cmde Ajay Sirohi (Retd)
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Ajay has had a high-profile career in the Indian Navy for 27 years. He brings to Jaguar vast experience in the field of human resources, having held key operational and training appointments in the Indian Navy.

Prateek Rijwani
Senior Vice President, Finance

Prateek is a Chartered Accountant who has diverse experience in handling finance, taxation, payroll management, mergers & acquisitions and legal matters. His competencies are in management and control of finances and implementing financial procedures, through his innovative approach.

Rajneesh Sharma
Vice President, Operations

Rajneesh is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of industry experience in Service Delivery, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment & Management, Contract Management, Client Relationship Management, New business acquisition and Customer Retention. Prior to joining Jaguar as COO, he held key strategic roles at G4S, managing private security operations at Embassies and UN Organisations.
